Miguel Angel Jimenez the charismatic Spanish golfer will be inaugurating the street named in his honor, this Sunday at 5.30pm.
It would be nice if the local golfing community turned out in force to show their appreciation for him taking time out from his busy schedule. The event will take place near the roundabout by the Bull Flanagan. This will round off the Pro Am tournament which is taking place on sunday morning.

The Bull Flanagan is next to the roundabout in the golf course, which has a statue of Justo Quesada and his wife on it.

ROJALES FIESTA

Hi
Last year we went to the Rojales fiesta and loved it. How can I find out what fiesta's are on and times etc?

Hi, the next Fiesta in Rojales is the Royal Wedding in the Market Place on the 29th April, starting 11am The Wedding will be shown on a large screen as well.

All the other ones throughout the year are listed in the TownHall in Rojales they are all very helpful there and speak English as well there are also the posters, banners etc.

I'm looking forward to the Royal wedding it promises to be a great event, then on the 17th of May is the Romeria of San Isidro which takes place at the recorral park. If you've never been you will be amazed. Thousands of people take over the park for the day and theres all sorts of entertainment laid on.

Fiesta Moros y Cristianos starts 19th of June and goes on for 2 weeks. The last weekend will display the parades, fireworks etc. See you all there

NEON BUDWEISER SIGN

Dear all

nothing to do with selling houses.

HELP NEEDED LOST WATCH

My wife and I were in Quesada from 14-18 March. She lost her watch, which has great sentimental value to her. If anyone can help we would be very grateful. Also is there a bus service which runs from Quesada to Guadamar etc.

AIRPORT STRIKE IN SPAIN

Here we go again. Easter is coming and the Spanish are going on strike again. All I want to do is fly out to my villa on 21st April. Looks like I shall have to set out swimming today!!

Hi Benny,

If you take the motorway from Quesada and come off the first exit for Los Montesinos. Head towards Orihuela and when you come to the T junction take a left. A few minutes along that road you will see a right turn for Torremendo. After a few couple of minutes you will see us on the right.

Remember though we have a coutesy bus that will pick you up from Quesada and take you home for free :)

HI TO ALL IN QUESADA

and all who are planning on going out to quesada in the near future. We've not been able to get out to our lovely villa for a few months due to other commitments but we cant wait to get back in April.

It would be great to meet other forum members maybe an informal get together at a central location for users old and new.

As non residents we have to miss out on some of the lovely invitations we receive but hopefully we'll hit lucky sooner or later.

I imagine the place is a hive of activity at the moment with tree trimming and property preparation for the coming season.

Looking at the main photo on this website, sunset across the roof tops of Quesada, makes me feel like I am almost there (cant wait)
